Kristin set out for her styling education with a future career at Hair-do Salon in mind. She is an alumni of Faulkner State with a degree in Art and Design and pursued that into teaching at her alma mater. As satisfying as art can be she wanted to do more with her hands and translate her already acquired creative prowess into a long term career. The beauty industry offers her an outlet for creative expression and the chance to teach and lead an amazing team of uplifting women.
Hailing from carnival folk family she understands and appreciates grandeur and personal expression to bring about a person’s comfort in their own skin Her ability to impart and communicate hair possibilities helps her clients convey their adventurous side with fun and funky styles they never before thought possible.
Her favorite thing about her position in the Hair-do family is the support and growth possible when you work in an environment of unique and talented persons from all different life circumstances. She enjoys helping her clients translate their inner joy into outward self declaration and aims to one day own her own salon under the umbrella of the Hair-do Salon culture.
